So many businesses were hit during the CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC.  Businesses now began to see a reason to have an online presence to reach their customers. It brought a lot of challenges to business owners as they couldn’t reach their customers. As a small business owner, take your business where the customers are. Go online.

If you are a business owner and you sell physical products, you can start by getting an E-commerce website to display your product. If you do not have the resources to get one created for you. Go to the likes of Amazon, eBay and sign up to sell your product on their website. You can also create an Instagram handle or a Facebook page and sell.

As a small business owner, I’m definitely sure you would love to build your own brand and have complete ownership. While selling on another 3rd party platform you can start to build yours, so that customers can buy from you directly.

Shipping is an important aspect of online business especially when it comes to selling physical goods online. The only way a customer can appreciate the goods being sent to them is when it arrives in good condition and being the exact item they requested for and not something different.

Make sure you choose a good shipping service provider. Some shipping can be very bad in delivery. Search for good one that have good reviews.
